Trust Page download approvals

Sharing evidence with customers, auditors and suppliers should be straightforward, without compromising control.

Hicomply’s download approval workflow requires external users to request approval before sensitive documentation can be downloaded from a Trust Page.

Requests are routed to nominated approvers via email and in-platform notifications, providing greater visibility into who is requesting access while maintaining a seamless experience for external stakeholders.
