As a fast-growing software provider supporting organisations across the Utilities, Construction and Renewable Energy sectors, XMP wanted to establish a compliance programme that would strengthen customer confidence, support future growth and provide the foundations for long-term governance.

The Challenge

XMP understood achieving recognised compliance certifications would become increasingly essential for unlocking future growth and meeting customer expectations.

The business was still in the early stages of its compliance journey. Policies, processes and governance needed to be established, while information security and quality management had to be embedded in a way that would support XMP as the business scaled.
